Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last Updated:  [ 21/08/2026 ]

Effective Date: [ 21/08/2026 ]

Welcome to [ ZONEX APPARELS ]

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website.

We aim to provide a reliable, transparent and convenient delivery experience. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, destination, logistics conditions, weather, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1. Order Processing

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing the order.

Standard Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within:

1–2 business days

Business days generally exclude Sundays and public/national holidays unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed after our daily processing/dispatch cut-off time may be treated as orders received on the next business day.

Certain products may require additional processing time because of:

  • Product availability
  • Pre-order status
  • Customisation
  • Quality inspection
  • Packaging requirements
  • High order volume
  • Supplier availability

If a product has a different processing time, the applicable timeline may be displayed on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer.

2. Dispatch

After an order has been processed and packed, it will be handed over to the applicable logistics/delivery partner.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the delivery partner, the customer may receive:

  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking information
  • Shipment/consignment number
  • Estimated delivery information

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment is picked up by the logistics provider.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our normal estimated delivery timeline after dispatch is generally:

Delivery LocationEstimated Delivery Time
Local / nearby serviceable areas2–4 business days
Most serviceable locations in India3–7 business days
Remote / extended service areas5–10 business days

Accordingly, the typical total order timeline may be approximately:

Processing: 1–2 business days + Transit: 2–10 business days

The above timelines are estimates and are not an absolute guarantee.

The actual delivery date may vary depending on the destination PIN code and logistics network.

4. Delivery Partner

Orders may be delivered through our selected third-party logistics/courier partners.

The logistics provider may vary depending on:

  • Destination PIN code
  • Service availability
  • Shipment type
  • Package characteristics
  • Delivery speed
  • Operational requirements

Where applicable, the customer will receive tracking information identifying the relevant shipment or logistics provider.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed to the customer before the order is completed.

Shipping charges may depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Product weight
  • Product dimensions
  • Shipping method
  • Promotional offers
  • Applicable taxes or charges

If free shipping is offered, the eligibility conditions will be displayed on the website or relevant product/order page.

We aim to display applicable compulsory delivery-related charges clearly before checkout.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including:

  • Full name
  • House/building number
  • Street/locality
  • City/town
  • District
  • State
  • PIN code
  • Valid mobile number
  • Any useful delivery instructions

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable law.

7. Changing the Delivery Address

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to correct their delivery address.

Address changes may be possible only before the order is dispatched.

After dispatch, an address change may depend on the capabilities and policies of the logistics provider.

We cannot guarantee an address change after shipment has been handed over to the courier.

8. Tracking Your Order

Once tracking information becomes available, customers may track their shipment using the tracking/consignment number provided by us or the applicable logistics partner.

Tracking information may show statuses such as:

  • Order confirmed
  • Processing
  • Packed
  • Shipped
  • Picked up
  • In transit
  • Arrived at destination facility
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered
  • Delivery attempted
  • RTO / returned to origin

Tracking updates are provided by the logistics network and may occasionally be delayed.

9. Delivery Attempts

The delivery partner may make one or more delivery attempts depending on the destination, courier procedure and local operational conditions.

A delivery attempt may fail because of:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer not responding to calls
  • Restricted access to the delivery location
  • PIN-code/serviceability issues
  • Local operational problems
  • Customer refusal
  • Other circumstances affecting delivery

Customers should remain reachable on the mobile number provided with the order during the expected delivery period.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where COD is available, the customer may be required to pay the applicable order amount at the time of delivery.

COD availability may depend on:

  • PIN code
  • Order value
  • Product category
  • Courier availability
  • Risk controls
  • Order history
  • Other operational conditions

COD may not be available for every product or location.

The final payment options available at checkout will prevail.

11. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully confirmed before the order is processed for dispatch.

If payment is deducted from the customer's account but the order is not successfully created or confirmed, the customer should contact us with the relevant transaction/order details.

Any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

12. Failed Delivery

A shipment may be marked as failed delivery when the logistics provider is unable to complete delivery.

Examples include:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Customer unreachable
  • Customer refuses delivery
  • Repeated unsuccessful attempts
  • Delivery area inaccessible
  • Other courier-related reasons

Where possible, customers should coordinate directly with the delivery agent or logistics provider using the tracking information.

13. RTO — Return to Origin

If a shipment cannot be delivered after the applicable delivery attempts, it may be returned to our origin address or warehouse.

This is commonly referred to as RTO (Return to Origin).

Possible reasons include:

  • Customer refusal
  • Customer unavailable
  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Invalid PIN code
  • Customer unreachable
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • COD refusal
  • Other logistics circumstances

Once an order is returned to us, we may contact the customer regarding:

  • Re-shipment
  • Order cancellation
  • Refund, where applicable

Any deduction relating to shipping or RTO costs will be made only where legally permissible and where the applicable charge or condition was properly disclosed.

14. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur because of:

  • Severe weather
  • Floods
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation disruption
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Public emergencies
  • Festival-season shipping volume
  • Courier network disruption
  • Remote-area logistics
  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Security restrictions
  • Force majeure events

Such circumstances may extend the estimated delivery timeline.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delivery delays directly caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil disturbance, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, major network failures, epidemics/pandemics or other extraordinary events.

Where reasonably possible, we will communicate significant delays to affected customers.

16. Delivery to Remote and Extended Areas

Some PIN codes may require additional transit time because of:

  • Remote location
  • Limited courier connectivity
  • Extended service areas
  • Difficult terrain
  • Limited delivery frequency

The delivery estimate shown during checkout or communicated after order confirmation may therefore differ from the standard delivery estimate.

17. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears:

  • Severely damaged
  • Opened
  • Tampered with
  • Wet
  • Torn
  • Otherwise visibly compromised

the customer should, where reasonably possible:

  1. Take photographs of the package.
  2. Photograph the shipping label.
  3. Record the condition of the parcel.
  4. Inform the delivery agent where appropriate.
  5. Contact us promptly.

For concealed damage discovered after opening, customers should preserve the package, product and packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please refer to our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy for the applicable claim procedure.

18. Unboxing Evidence

For certain products, particularly electronics, high-value products, fragile products or products with serial numbers, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video.

The recording should preferably show:

  • The unopened outer package
  • Shipping label
  • Package condition
  • Opening process
  • Product
  • Accessories
  • Serial number/IMEI where applicable

This evidence can help us and the logistics provider investigate damage, missing-item or wrong-product claims.

Failure to provide an unboxing video does not automatically remove any statutory consumer right.

19. Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment may have been lost, customers should contact us.

We may initiate an investigation with the relevant logistics provider.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation and applicable circumstances, we may arrange:

  • Re-shipment
  • Refund
  • Replacement
  • Another appropriate resolution

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve confirmed lost-shipment cases.

20. Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking status shows Delivered but the customer has not received the package, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.

We may investigate by requesting information from the logistics provider, including:

  • Delivery scan
  • Delivery attempt details
  • Proof of delivery
  • Delivery-agent information
  • Other relevant shipment records

Customers should cooperate reasonably with the investigation.

21. Multiple Products in One Order

If an order contains multiple products, the products may be:

  • Shipped together, or
  • Shipped separately

depending on product availability, warehouse location, packaging requirements and logistics arrangements.

If products are shipped separately, customers may receive separate tracking information.

22. Partial Shipment

Where only part of an order is ready for dispatch, we may, where operationally appropriate, ship available items separately.

Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we choose to split a shipment, unless an additional charge was clearly disclosed and agreed where applicable.

23. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible through the normal cancellation process.

The customer may refuse or return a shipment only where permitted under our applicable cancellation/return policy and applicable law.

For eligible returns, please refer to our Refund, Return & Replacement Policy.

24. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer

All delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimated delivery timelines, unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly stated.

An estimated delivery date is not intended to constitute an unconditional guarantee of delivery on that exact date.

However, nothing in this clause is intended to exclude any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law, including remedies relating to delivery that is materially outside the stated delivery schedule where applicable.

Indian e-commerce rules require clear information regarding delivery and shipment, and the rules also address remedies where an inventory e-commerce entity delivers late from its stated schedule, subject to the applicable force-majeure exception.

25. Delivery Communication

We may send customers transactional communications relating to their order, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Dispatch confirmation
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery updates
  • Delivery attempts
  • Refund/return updates
  • Customer-service communications

These communications may be sent through email, SMS, WhatsApp or other communication channels provided by the customer.

26. Fraud and Delivery Security

For fraud prevention and order security, we may verify certain order details before dispatch.

We may take reasonable measures against:

  • Fake orders
  • Repeated COD refusal
  • Fraudulent delivery claims
  • False delivery information
  • Suspicious transaction activity
  • Repeated abuse of delivery/refund systems

Any such action will be subject to applicable law.
